Bookings

A session is confirmed once the agreed payment or booking fee has been received.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on the client’s residency status, service type, or legal requirements under Spanish or European tax regulations.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability. We will not accept cancellation within 24 hours of the booked photoshoot.
Booking fees and payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, Studio Momentos Mediterráneos reserves the right to reschedule the session to the next available suitable date.

Travel

Travel is included within a 20 km radius of Benissa.
Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond this distance.

Special travel arrangements such as accommodation, parking costs, toll roads, or extended travel time are not included unless agreed in advance.

Destination sessions

For sessions taking place outside the Costa Blanca area or requiring significant travel, custom travel arrangements and fees may apply. These will always be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirming the booking.

Image delivery

Clients receive a curated selection of professionally edited images according to their chosen package.
Images are delivered via a private online gallery within 15 working days after the session.

Studio Momentos Mediterráneos is not responsible for technical issues related to the client’s internet connection, device compatibility, or failure to download images within the communicated gallery availability period.

Clients are responsible for creating personal backups after downloading their files.

RAW or unedited images are not provided.
Clients are not permitted to apply filters, edits, or alterations to the delivered images.

Artistic style

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the photographer’s artistic style, editing approach, and creative direction.

All payments and booking fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

This includes situations where the client may have expected a different style, look, or type of photography than what was delivered. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the photographer’s artistic style, creative approach, and editing process.

Upgrade & All-Inclusive packages

Clients may have the opportunity to upgrade their package or purchase additional images after viewing their gallery.

All-inclusive packages include a larger curated selection of edited images as specified at the time of booking. Pricing and availability of upgrades will be communicated through the online gallery.

Sunset & natural light dependency

Photography sessions are scheduled based on optimal natural light conditions.
Studio Momentos Mediterráneos may adjust session timing when necessary to ensure the best photographic results.

Usage rights

All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Studio Momentos Mediterráneos.

Clients receive personal usage rights to download, print, and share the delivered images.
Commercial use is not permitted without prior written agreement.

Business, brand, and real estate clients receive specific usage agreements per project.

Model release

Studio Momentos Mediterráneos reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing before the session.

Wedding sessions

Wedding and elopement bookings may require additional coordination, timelines, and coverage agreements.
Specific conditions may be discussed and confirmed separately prior to the event.

Gallery expiry

Online galleries remain available for a limited period as communicated upon delivery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images.

Late arrival

If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session time may be reduced accordingly.
Extended session time or additional images cannot be guaranteed. The pricing of the photoshoot will remain the same, no discounts will be given.

No show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being considered completed.
Payments are non-refundable and you will not be rescheduled. Any remaining balance will be due.

Weekend surcharge

A €25 surcharge applies to sessions scheduled on weekends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of files, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Complaints & dispute resolution

Studio Momentos Mediterráneos is committed to providing a high-quality experience.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction directly and promptly so that a fair and friendly resolution can be explored.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish law.
